Death Race 2 One NOT to watch. DVD review.

Death race 2 One NOT to watch. DVD review

Well, let me tell you from the jump, do not rent, buy or watch this piece of drivel.

Sean Bean
The plot is hollow and the acting is sooo bad. Even veteran actor Sean Bean puts in a bad show which is surprising because he is a good actor. The film follows Carl Lucas (Luke Goss, from old boy band bros) a getaway car driver, who gets caught doing a bank job and gets sent to a notorious jail where all hell is let lose. Because Luke gets caught, his boss, Sean Bean wants him dead because he thinks he will spill the beans on him. (Excuse the pun) So Luke has to fight and drive his way to freedom.

Luke can fight, his got a heart of gold, luck sticks with him like magnets and the girls can’t get enough of him. That’s all you need to know about this film, no surprise it went straight to DVD. Unfortunately I think Luke is still singing one of his earlier 1988 pop songs ‘When will I be Famous’ Peace.

Alicia keys & Eve rock a song for her new baby

Is this the way singles are going to come out from now on? Alicia felt all gooey and penned a track for her new born son and released it, just like that.

Didn't have to wait for approval or nothing, just blam! Suppose when your fully independent and a recognised artist internationally you can do that.

Nathan Morris
Doesn't the drummer in the video look like a tubbier version of that singer from 'boyz to men' whats his name..... that's right Nathan Morris.

I digress, if you love Alicia Keys you will love this track. Its nice and bright but it seems the 'same ole same ole' from Alicia. She tried to pepper the song with a smack of Eve but I don't know if that cuts it. But what do I know? Over to you, what do you think?

Well here is the video documentary for you to enjoy. Peace

Jme Sidetracked.

OOOHH what a track. Taking it nice and cool but hitting you hard. When Grime comes good, it comes good. A stand out track and not a bad video either. Jme is going far now but still on the underground. When do you think Grime will go fully main stream? enjoy!

Diddy - Dirty Money - Ass on the floor video

Diddy - Dirty Money - Ass on the floor

I was just about to put my laptop down and make myself something to eat when I came across this video. This track is Wicked. When I first had a listen to the 'Last train to Paris' album this was one of the only tracks to stand out for me. Even the heavily pushed 'Hello Good Morning' doesn't do it for me.

This track is produced by Swizz Beatz . You can tell his production sound from a mile off. I would go as far as to say the majority of his beats all sound the same. But putting that criticism aside he is a good producer. The bridge is very good with Diddy himself gracing us with his renowned lyrical skills.

What do you think? Are the girls getting their dues, or are they just for show?

Tank - Now Or Never. album reveiw.

Tank - Now Or Never.

Happy new year 2011!

I first came across tank way back in 2001. His first hit was 'Maybe I deserve' which he wrote in the basement of his mothers home.It was a real R&B smash and got him a Grammy Nomination.

Tank is an out and out crooner. No mistaking that, but of all the crooners his profile is not that high for the abundance of talent he has. His voice resonates impressively over any track that he sings giving each song true meaning and realism, and am not just saying that. This album is in my humble opinion, definitely one to purchase.

Take his official track for instance 'emergency' it's well placed sound and banging bass line rings true to his original roots of R&B. His lyrics roll over and through the music effortlessly. This album will be used for the correct purpose's definitely.

Stand out tracks are: Can I, *Amazing, *Sex Music, *Celebration Ft Drake and *Emergency.

I also didn't realise he wrote for so many other prominent R&B artists.

His written major hits for: Omarion - O, Aaliyah - I can be, Jamie Foxx - Overdose, Chris Brown - Your man ain't me, Jennifer Hudson - we gone fight and the list goes on.

"My music is the real me, I’ll either live by that or I’ll die by that in this business, but I’ve got to be me"

Check out his feature single and video below. Emergency
